Frequently Asked Questions

All RC Reference People and teachers will be trained on their role in implementing Guideline M.5., as it covers sexual misconduct.  The basic training now occurs in one 3 hour session. If you have not attend the 2 part training in 2023, we hope you will attend the upcoming training.  If you haven't attended the 2023 trainings, and don't attend this upcoming training, you should not handle cases of sexual misconduct.  Instead please refer them to your Regional Reference Person (if you are an ARP), or to the Complaint Review Committee (CRC: committee@rc.org) if you are a Regional Reference Person.

Once a Reference Person is trained, they will begin training the teachers in their Regions.
