Search results are ranked: the better matches are closer to the top.
You can type in any range of words or sentences you want to look for.
There are 3 ways to enhance your search:
- You can add a '+' sign between words if you want the search to be for both words only when they are found together. (If you don't add a '+' sign, the search will include results for either word found alone.) Using the '+' sign will give you fewer results. For example, searching for 'harvey+jackins' will give you fewer results than 'harvey jackins.'
- If you are somewhat familiar with programming you can use '&' or '+' for AND and '|' or 'space' for OR.
- If you are more familiar with more complicated programming: you can use '(' and ')'. You can use these in combination with each other.
