Harvey

One time when I was with Harvey, crying hard about feeling hopeless, I looked into his eyes and asked, "Do you believe we're going to make it?" In a solid, sturdy voice Harvey replied, "We're going to make it." I was able to use that for a long time to cry and cry. Harvey really believed that as a human race we are going to make it.

He had a huge picture of this world. He wanted re-emergence for everyone on earth. When my mother went back to Iran, he completely supported her. He would call her once a month and give her attention and had her calling him collect. He would send her books and keep track of her in that other part of the world. He believed in making RC work in Iran because those were his people.
