How Capitalism Works
I am still working primarily in the women's health arena, doing advocacy work with several non-profit organizations. Right now I'm working on a chapter for a book on the "breast cancer industry." It talks about ways in which providers and manufacturers are scaring women into feeling greater personal risk and then selling us procedures and products by inflating their benefits. Most of my work is from this angle now, and it's a good way to teach women about how capitalism operates.
