When Planning a Workshop for More Than One Region
The International Reference Person needs to approve of any workshop that includes more than one Region.
When planning such a workshop, a request for approval should be sent to ircc@rc.org. (Do not send workshop announcements to rcoffice@rc.org or publications@rc.org, as this creates extra work for a small staff.)
Please include the following:
- Workshop name
- The date(s) of the workshop
- Workshop leader
- Workshop organizer, their contact information, and registration link if available
- Zoom, hybrid or in-person format
- What Regions or geographical locations are invited
- Whether the workshop is wheelchair accessible
