I'd like to express appreciation for Present Tense. I've been having a hard time recently at work, and reading a few articles has helped me find high-leverage directions for discharge to make my way out of the difficulties. In particular, "'We've Always Done the Best We Could' as a Counseling Technique," by Steve Zabinsky, was wonderful.
