My First Experience
I am a Norwegian guy that has just started learning Re-evaluation Counseling. Yesterday I had my first experience with this splendid process of getting to know yourself through talking and being there for other people while listening. Although it was my very first go at this, I have come to realize its potential for me. I think it will help set me free from negative and obscuring thoughts so that I can be more satisfied with myself. As I reach this level with myself, I'm sure I'll be of more help to other people. I wish to send some good thoughts to Laurie (she's leading my introduction to RC), and I'll be looking forward to the next meeting with my group. Thanks.
