"Blame" Is a Completely False Concept

It's a challenge for all of us to stop the blame game. We're taught to blame others for our difficulties rather than to take charge and make things right. We need to stop it. It's uninteresting and doesn't accomplish a thing. To stop blaming is an extremely powerful thing to do for ourselves. How about starting out by not doing it for a week, making a commitment to not blame anyone for anything, including not blaming anyone for how you feel. You could make it a two-part commitment to include not blaming yourself or accepting blame from anyone else for a week. I have been doing this for the past few months, and my life has changed in an extraordinary way! The short version I've been using is, "I will never again blame myself or anyone else for anything." I'd love to hear how it works for you.
