Appreciating the RC Literature
I haven’t yet finished reading the July 2021 PRESENT TIME. But I had to stop reading to send an appreciation to V—, the author of the article “Living Under a Dictatorship.”
Thank you, V—, for writing so boldly and clearly about your experiences and those of others growing up and living under a dictatorship. I also want to appreciate your insightful explanation of a feminist viewpoint. I learned from your words.

Having previously lived in Western Australia for nearly two decades, I have been very inspired by Kerrie Tim’s pamphlet Aboriginal Australians Healing the Hurts of Racism.

I am ever so grateful for the ever better, ever more far reaching PRESENT TIME, my favorite planet-wide journal. It contributes so much to our re-emergence and connection.
Starting with the wonderful quote by Darlene Daniels on the cover, I loved reading and looking at the pictures and drawings in the October 2021 PRESENT TIME.
When I led RC workshops around the world—in Hungary, India, Ireland, Poland, the United States, and other places—I found that the local leaders had been reading PRESENT TIME, COLLEAGUE, and other Rational Island publications, and that provided us with a valuable foundation of common knowledge and perspectives.
Thank you for the time and thought devoted to all our RC journals.
