The Climate Crisis and People Under Thirty-Five
I attended the Under-Thirty-Five and the Climate Crisis Workshop led by Diane Shisk, International Commonality Reference Person for Care of the Environment; and Elvin Csizmadia, International Liberation Reference Person for Young People.
It was a wonderful time. Over forty people from different parts of the world came together to discuss and discharge on the scary reality before us.
Even though it is not our fault that the world is on fire, we, the young people, must work hard to see that the problem is solved.
Sometimes everything seems hopeless when it comes to the climate crisis, and many times we are too discouraged to fight. But each time hopelessness, discouragement, or depression sets in, we must find time for a Co-Counseling session and get back our hope.
We cannot do it alone. We must connect and act.
