Real Support to a Leader
“Support” to a leader does not mean praising the leader, paying the leader compliments, or being “grateful” to the leader, although these are often offered by people’s patterns in lieu of real support. Real support to a leader consists primarily of assisting the leader by sharing in the necessary work and counseling the leader well.
