Using a Fundamentals Class to Build Leadership
Everyone can take some responsibility for leading. It is important that designated leaders provide mentoring and offer leadership roles to all RCers in their Community. This gives everyone a sense of belonging and helps build the RC Community.
Recently a member of my Community led our regular monthly fundamentals class. Together we planned how he would lead it. I had sessions with him. I was confident it was going to be a job well done. My goal for any RC gathering is discharge and re-emergence—the class was great!
