O.3. Public Criticism of RC from Outside the Community
Any local RC Community that is publicly criticized should contact the Regional Reference Person (RRP). After understanding the local situation, the RRP should contact the International Reference Person (IRP).
REASON
This helps local leaders and Community members discharge and think about handling the situation. It also helps the RRP and IRP understand the conditions in the local Community and consider whether any additional actions are needed to address the situation.
