When RC publications are printed locally (rather than by RIP), ten percent (10%) of the funds generated by the sales of them is paid to RIP as a royalty fee. The fee should be submitted to RIP annually in January.

REASON

Printing in other countries may be more economical because of increasing costs of printing in the United States and shipping. It is also easy to print from digital files.

Payment of the royalty helps to support the ongoing production and publication of RC literature.
