Here in Texas we have record temperatures this summer. Last year, hurricane Harvey slammed our coastal area, devastating Houston and other places along the coast, causing flooding, death, and billions of dollars in damage. As you might know, global warming is causing hurricanes to become super storms. I recently watched a pretty good video short about it by NPR. I couldn’t find it but here is an article that attributes some of the hurricane Harvey devastation to human-caused climate change:
