The first time I saw Harvey (on video) counselling a Jewish man, I suddenly had hope for the world. I respected his understanding, his compassion, and his powerful stance as an ally to Jews. He influenced people both within and outside Co-Counselling. He was a genuine champion. He empowered society's scapegoats and took a strong stand against capitalism.

He made us examine our own politics, beliefs, and ethics and discharge everything that got in the way of acting with full intelligence and integrity.
