Following Harvey's death, Lin called an Area gather-in as soon as it was possible. She made us all welcome and read aloud Tim's letter. We shared mini-sessions and then each had discharge time in the group.

Between us we pieced together a wonderful picture of Harvey. His impact on each of us revealed a marvellous human being whose thinking was clear, sharp, and firm; a worker who cared deeply and showed us how we could get close to each other, who worked hard and knew how to laugh; a brilliant communicator who communicated passionately about changing the world.
