This is the fifteenth version of the Guidelines, the twelfth version officially approved by the leadership of the Communities. This edition was revised and approved by the World Conference held near Aptos, California, United States of America, November 26-29, 1993.
The 1993 World Conference confirmed Harvey Jackins as International Reference Person and Tim Jackins as Alternate International Reference Person.
